~ The Main Street Burrow Booking Policy ~


As lockdown restrictions ease, the safety and wellbeing of our guests continues to be extremely important to us. Located in a remote area relative to towns and cities in Scotland, The Main Street Burrow is an ideal space to get away from the crowds. By following all government advice, we are continuing to do everything possible to ensure The Main Street Burrow is a safe environment for our guests. We have a strict sanitisation routine, and a thorough deep clean is carried out prior to any guests arriving. A self check in system is in place on arrival and similarly on departure, meaning no contact with any individual is required during your stay. Rest assured, if your booking needs to be cancelled due to coronavirus restrictions, we will transfer your booking to a future date or issue you with a full refund.

We want to make sure you feel safe and comfortable during your stay at The Burrow. If you have any questions at all ahead of your arrival please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. 

Booking Policy

A minimum of 2 nights stay is required in order to book The Main Street Burrow. Any quotes are valid for 7 days only. During this time we cannot guarantee that your requested dates will remain available with receiving confirmation of booking and initial payment.

Payment Schedule

A payment of 50% is due at time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 6 weeks (42 days) before your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a 50% refund on all pre-paid payments if you cancel your booking 14 days before your arrival. Any bookings cancelled after this date are non-refundable. 

Smoking Policy

Please note, smoking is not permitted within this property.

Pet Policy

The Main Street Burrow is pet friendly and we are happy for you to bring up to two dogs.
