~ What safety measures do you have at The Main Street Burrow in relation to Covid-19?

As lockdown restrictions ease, the safety and wellbeing of our guests continues to be extremely important to us. Located in a remote area relative to towns and cities in Scotland, The Main Street Burrow is an ideal space to get away from the crowds. By following all government advice, we are continuing to do everything possible to ensure The Main Street Burrow is a safe environment for our guests. We have a strict sanitisation routine, and a thorough deep clean is carried out prior to any guests arriving. A self check in system is in place on arrival and similarly on departure, meaning no contact with any individual is required during your stay. We want to make sure you feel safe and comfortable during your stay at The Burrow. If you have any questions at all ahead of your arrival please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

~ Can I move my booking to a new date if I can't travel due to Covid-19 restrictions?

Yes, if your booking needs to be cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions you can move your booking to an available date that suits you.

~ Can I get a full refund if my booking is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions?

Yes, if your booking is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions we will issue you with a full refund or you can transfer your booking to a future date.

~ Is The Main Street Burrow pet friendly?

Yes, The Main Street Burrow is pet friendly and we are happy for you to bring up to two dogs!

~ Can I smoke in the property?

No, The Main Street Burrow is a non-smoking property. 

~ What time can I check-in?

Check in is from 3pm.

~ What time do I need to check-out?

Check-out is at 11am.

~ Is there parking at the property?

Yes, there is on street parking which is completely free and there are normally plenty of spaces.

~ How many guests does the property sleep?

The property can sleep up to 4 guests. There is a double bedroom and a double pull out sofa bed in the living room.

~ Is breakfast provided?

Yes, we offer a homemade buffet showcasing local produce for your arrival. Enough to keep you going for your stay, if you ever need a top up just let us know!

~ How do I gain access to the property on arrival?

We offer a contract-free check in service. Full details on how to access the property will be provided in your welcome email which you will receive 2 days before your arrival. If you have not received your welcome email, please get in touch.

~ Is there a restaurant or pub within walking distance from the property?

Yes, there are a number of restaurants, pubs and takeaways located near the property. See our things to do for our favourite recommendations!
